Potato Dosa(Alu dosa)

As usual i was going through one recipe site and this recipe caught my eyes as it was bit diffrent. No one will mostly think of making potato dosa.So i tried this recipe and it turned out very tasty.
I liked it very much.They are very crispy and tasty.I make this often now...

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup rice flour
5-6 strands coriander leaves
1 tea spn ginger-garlic paste
2-3 green chillies
2 tbl spn yogurt/curd
Oil
Salt

METHOD:

Grind all the ingredients(except rice flour). Add rice flour.

Mix well and make dosas. Some times, the dosas get sticked to pan. Add more rice flour and try again.

I usually serve this with tomato sauce.

Serves : 2-3
Preparation time : 15min

Dear Siddhi
How are you? I am just back from Saudi Arabia and looking at your breakfast posts..Awesome.
This one is very new to me. What consistency I need to make , Like normal dosa or thicker?
I also liked the one with turmeric leaf. I love the fragrance. I have eaten the same one made with a rice and Udad dal mix ( like dosa) batter in Orissa.
Let me see what other bfast menu you have and also I need to see the latest posts from you. You can post the response here on batter consistency.
